Coca farcida (filled savoury pastry)

Preparation

 

Ingredients:

1.- Massa:

1/2 Kg. de farina

1/2 got d'aigua

1/2 got vi blanc sec

1/4 got de llet

Pastar tot junt i estendre en dues capes fines.

 

Farciment:

Tomaca fregida i pimentons escalivats al forn, tomaca i ceba fregides. Se li poden afegir pésols. Espinacs, peix fregit esmicolat, cavalla, tonyina, i peix en saladura esmicolat. Si el farciment és d'espinacs es poden afegir ous durs i pinyons.
