Terra Mítica opens for the new season on the 1st of April with a new show , Cleopatra

To commemorate this very important birthday, the park has organised a calendar of activities that will take place inside and outside the park throughout the whole season.

In 2015 unbeatable fun.

The shows will be the highlight of the entertainment package on offer this season. The park has confirmed itself as a reference in this field and  is banking on a programme of spectacular shows rich in artistic and visual excellence. Throughout the 2015 season, Terra Mitica will present a series of shows which will take place in the various thematic areas of the park and which will involve all the staff of Terra Mitica as well as wonderful special effects and visuals of every type.

An example of this is Cleopatra. This spectacular show will reproduce the mythical figure of the great Egyptian queen, the most beautiful in history. Hercules is another of the star shows of Terra Mitica 2015. This spectacle represents one of the twelve tests  which this demigod, the son of Zeus had to overcome by the  order of Euriteo

Remembering history

In 2015 and because of it´s 15th anniversary. Terra Mitica will remember it´s 15 years of history through it´s shows and entertainment. Therefore, in the upcoming season, the entertainment complex will remember many emblematic and much loved  figures and characters through these spectacular shows  which, although they have been totally revamped  with  a modern and innovative feel to them, they have nonetheless played a special role throughout the 15 year history of the theme park.

Improvements

Terra Mitica has been busy working to improve all of it´s facilities. The attractions have been re-painted providing personality to the well known ´majors´, the great stars of the adrenalin rush like Titanide which in 2015 will  be resplendent in blue and white and Syncope which will be yellow and orange.

Thousands of Portuguese will inaugurate a new season of fun and amusement.

It will be 25th July when thousands of Portuguese students visit Terra Mitica to celebrate the end of their summer trip to Spain. They will enjoy an exclusive  pre-opening with all the attractions of the park at their disposal to guarantee them the best entertainment possible.

This practice has become habitual for these youngsters for some years now and Terra Mitica has turned itself into the most popular holiday destination for these visiting students.
