To win a holiday in Benidorm you must FOLLOW the @visitBenidorm account in Instagram, LIKE the video and  LEAVE a comment on the video of VisitBenidorm tagging your travel buddy saying which adventure you would like to live in Benidorm. COMPETITION RULES

Requirements to participate:

1.-- One like in the video of the draw of Instagram account of @VisitBenidorm of ​06/05/2019

2.- Comment the video of the drawing of Instagram account of Visitbenidorm of 06/05/2019 mentioning (tag) the  friend with whom you would go to Benidorm

3. OPTIONAL follow the @VisitBenidorm Instagram's Account.

Terms:

4 nights in AD for 2 pax in a double room in 4 star hotel and all the activities mentioned before. The prize is valid until October 31st, 2019 except for high season (high season, bank holidays, Christmas and Easter) and is subject to hotel availability at the time of booking.

The dates of entry / exit are adaptable to the needs of the winner, but the reservation will have to be made in advance enough to guarantee the availability of the same.

The prize cannot be subject to compensation in cash. You cannot transfer your enjoyment to a third party.

It is not included in the prize: drinks, meals or other consumptions made in the different dependencies of the hotel, as well  other services not specified in the bases of the draw. All persons over the age of 18, who are fans of the official Instagram account of VisitBenidorm, from countries belonging to Europe where the contest takes place may participate.

The contest will be valid from

​Tuesday 7th of May, 2019 until Thursday 30th May at 11.55pm. Any subsequent participation will be dismissed.

The organization will check and validate all the profiles of participating users to guarantee their authenticity, being able to only participate in profiles of person, the company profiles will not be accepted, being obligatory that they are followers of the profile in Instagram of @VisitBenidorm.

Comments and accounts must be real, not accepting fake accounts or fraudulent accounts with app. Any contestant that the management considers to be using fake profiles will be expelled from the contest. Any comments with third party content, or allusive of pornographic, racist, sexist material or that may be considered illegal or threatened against third parties, will be removed from the contest. None of the workers of Visit Benidorm, nor any of their direct relatives by consanguinity or affinity, may participate in this promotion.

Only comments will be valid with the same IP, not counting and given as invalid for the final count the rest that votes coming from the same IP.

Only one participation per person will be valid, being disqualified and expelled from the contest that person who has participated more than once.

Fundación Benidorm Benidorm reserves the right to modify any point of this promotion in any of its rules and conditions.

The selection of the winner and substitutes will be made through the platform Easypromo on the 31st of May.

The participants of this promotion expressly authorize the organizer to use their name and comments and photos for free for advertising purposes.

PROFILE AWARDS:

Visit Benidorm will communicate the winner throughout the days following the resolution of the draw through their social networks. The winner must contact the organization within one week (seven calendar days) since the publication of the resolution. In case of not claiming the prize within the established period the prize will go to the next substitute in the list, and so on.
