The building has 22 floors plus basement, of which 19 are dedicated to rooms, all overlooking the magnificent bay of Benidorm and its two beaches.

In the basement we have the parking, connected by elevator directly to the hotel reception.

On the ground floor you can find the entrance hall, reception and access to the five lifts (one of which is panoramic ). The buffet restaurant Funchal is also on this floor along with the cafeteria Porto do Moniz, and the ballroom with a capacity for more than two hundred people. There is also a small terrace in front of the cafe where smoking is permitted.

On the mezzanine we have the Fitness Zone, which consists of: Heated Indoor Pool, Sauna, Turkish bath, sun beds, massage, beauty cabins, gym and hairdressing. There is also a small lounge with table games. The outside area of this floor has the swimming pool and solarium with Jacuzzi and children's play area.

The 239 rooms available in the hotel can be found between the 1st and 19th floor.

On the 20th floor is the Santa Cruz Piano-Bar with a magnificent terrace which overlooks both the sea and the mountains surrounding Benidorm. On the same floor is the Ribeira Brava lounge and the hall with panoramic views.
