Once fried, place them in a mortar with a pinch of salt (very little, as the cod is salty) and, when they cool down, crush them into a fine powder. Add the peeled garlic 🧄 and the chopped parsley 🌿. Continue grinding until it becomes a paste. Set aside.
Brown the cauliflower: In the same oil, brown the cauliflower florets 🌸. Once they are golden, set them aside.
