XIV “Arroces de la Tierra” Gastronomic Days

📅 From 17 to 26 October, Benidorm becomes the epicentre of flavour with the 14th Arroces de la Tierra Gastronomic Days, organised by the Department of Tourism and ABRECA Association. For ten days, 24 restaurants across the city will offer special menus where rice — in all its traditional recipes — takes centre stage. 🌾✨

🌟 Authentic flavours with local ingredients 🌟

From sea to mountain, each menu pays tribute to local gastronomy, combining fresh fish and seafood from the bay 🦞 with meat and sausages from the nearby mountains 🥩. Vegetables from the local fields — such as pumpkin, ñora peppers or spinach — bring colour and flavour to every recipe. 🥒
