Benidorm renews Qualitur flags on its three beaches and two coves

Once again, the beaches of Levante, Poniente and Mal Pas, and the coves of l'Almadrava and Ti Ximo have renewed their Qualitur flags, an award that certifies excellence in terms of quality, environment and accessibility.

The flags were collected in the Centre of Tourism (CdT) of Castellón, in an act in which the regional secretary of Tourism, Francesc Colomer, also took part.

With the Qualitur flags, in addition to those already obtained blue flags and Q for Tourist Quality, Benidorm recognizes the effort made throughout the year in keeping its waters and sandbanks clean. And also, his determination to maintain high levels of safety, hygiene, accessibility, services and an attractive leisure offer, which places the beaches and coves of Benidorm among the best in Spain.

The certification of the Qualitur flags is linked to compliance with the ISO 9001 and 14001 Quality and Environment standards. This year, 176 beaches from 37 municipalities in the Valencia Region have received them.
