Music, magic and storytelling in the summer agenda at l'Hort de Colón

The summer agenda at l'Hort de Colón has been presented, and it will dedicate the month of July to the city's musical bands and the month of August to children activities. The aim of this proposal is to increase the attraction for local residents and visitors to the city with a free cultural offer complementary to the summer activities.

The summer music agenda at the Hort de Colón will devote Thursdays to carry out these activities. July will be dedicated to classical music, The Saxophone Group of the Societat Musical La Nova de Benidorm will open the musical itinerary on the 15th of July, which will continue on the 22nd of July with the Clarinet Ensemble of the Societat Musical l'Illa and end on July 29th with the Chamber Group of the Musical Union.

August will be the month of children, with activities being designed especially for them. Thus, on the 5th of August the magic show 'El Show del Mag Malastruc' will take place; on the 12th of August there will be finger puppet and 'dream catcher' workshops by 'Mas Chula que un Ocho'; and on the 19th of August there will be a storytelling show, 'Mi Madre' and 'Niké, the brave warrior', with Pàmpol Teatre.

All activities are scheduled to start at 8 pm. Admission is free, but there will be limited seating so it is recommended to arrive a little earlier.

The activities will take place under the strict protocol dictated by the health authorities and it will be compulsory to wear a mask or keep the required safety distance.
