Finca "El Senyoret" is characterized by having one of the best-preserved traditional farmhouses ("masías") in Benidorm and the surrounding region, originally built in 1880.

The farmhouse was restored around 1963 by its owner, Don Pedro Maria Orts y Bosch, a respected lawyer and historian, who shaped its current appearance. The house was named after his father, Don Ignacio Orts Salvá, a friendly and down-to-earth man affectionately known in Benidorm as "El Senyoret."
