The opera ‘La ventafocs’ comes to the Foietes Park auditorium

On Thursday, July 17 at 22:00, the Foietes Park auditorium will host a very special performance: the opera ‘La ventafocs’, the Valencian-language version of Pauline Viardot’s ‘Cendrillon’. Admission is free until full capacity.

This event is part of Les Arts Volants, the traveling opera initiative from Palau de les Arts Reina Sofía in Valencia, bringing opera to outdoor venues across the Valencian Community. The troupe arrives in a transformed truck that becomes a stage, showcasing live performances by singers from the Centre de Perfeccionament.

‘La ventafocs’ is a salon opera originally created by Viardot for her intimate social circle. Now it arrives in Benidorm in an accessible, family-friendly, enchanting version.
