Benidorm once again celebrates the traditional festivities in honour of Our Lady of Mount Carmel, featuring a packed programme with religious events, music, gastronomy, and local culture. For five days, the city hosts parades, masses, a proclamation speech, open-air dances, fireworks, flower offerings, and a moving maritime procession across the bay. Highlights include the playback contest, the live music party at Elche Park, and the sailors' escort of the Virgin.

Main events:

• 👑 Proclamation of the 2025 Lady of Honour: Wednesday 16, with mass and opening speech.

• 🍽️ Gastronomic Day “Virgen del Carmen”: Thursday 17.

• 🎤 “Estrella de los Mares” Playback Contest: Thursday night.

• 🎉 Live music parties: 18 and 19 July at Elche Park.

• 🌸 Flower offering and tribute to those lost at sea: Saturday 19.

• 🚤 Maritime procession and underwater tribute: Sunday 20 afternoon.
