Benidorm has launched the Energy Office, a new free service offering information and advice to residents and small local businesses. The aim is to help reduce energy bills, access available grants, and promote self-consumption, making Benidorm greener and more sustainable.
The Energy Office will provide in-person and online assistance, always by appointment. Its main location is at the Smart Office inside the Town Hall, open on Mondays from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm. To make it more accessible, the service will also move each week to different neighborhoods across the city.
The service will start on September 8 at the Town Hall, and in the following weeks it will be available at the administrative extensions of Maravall, La Cala and Rincón de Loix.
Online advice will also be available on Wednesdays and Fridays, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, by appointment.
The Energy Office offers:
Personalized guidance to reduce energy bills.
Information and support to apply for public grants.
Assistance with the Social Energy and Thermal Bonus.
Advice on local energy communities.
Guidance on electric mobility and renewable energy options.
