Fancy Dress Party 31st Edition in Benidorm – Over 30,000 Visitors Expected

One of Europe’s largest costume parties returns to Benidorm, transforming the Rincón de Loix district into a spectacular scene of creativity and celebration. The party officially starts at 2:00 p.m., though streets in the area will be closed to traffic from 11:00 a.m. for safety reasons.

Visitors can enjoy more than 15 themed floats in a festive parade accompanied by drummers and dance groups. The event attracts a diverse international crowd, with participants from the UK, Spain, and other European countries all joining the fun in full costume.

Following the main celebration on Thursday, additional activities will continue through Friday and Saturday, supported by over 50 local bars and venues.

Tourists are encouraged to come dressed in costume, book accommodation in advance, and wear comfortable footwear for walking through the busy nightlife zone. Road closures may affect streets such as Gerona and Lepanto from mid-morning.
