15th Benidorm Rice Dishes of the Land Days

From October 16 to 25, Benidorm becomes a culinary hotspot with the 15th edition of its Rice Dishes of the Land Days—an unmissable event for those wanting to taste the richness of traditional Alicante cuisine.

For ten days, selected restaurants will serve special menus featuring rice as the main ingredient, using fresh local products from the sea, garden, and nearby mountains.

From seafood rice straight from the bay, to hearty recipes with meat, sausages, and vegetables like pumpkin, ñora peppers, or spinach—every dish showcases the flavour of the land and the skill of local chefs.
