Benidorm’s Poetic Lyceum celebrates its 23rd anniversary with a heartfelt poetry recital
The Benidorm Poetic Lyceum marked its 23rd anniversary with a special poetry recital held at the Town Hall Assembly Hall, offering an inspiring cultural experience centred around the power of words and artistic expression.
The event paid tribute to the organisation’s founders, established in March 2003, many of whom remain active members today, reflecting a long-standing commitment to poetry and literary creativity.
The evening opened with a performance by the Asociación Cultural Manchega ‘Tramontana’, adding a traditional musical touch to the celebration. This was followed by the poetry recital itself, featuring a diverse group of poets who shared their work in an intimate and engaging atmosphere, accompanied by live keyboard music that enhanced the experience.
