Benidorm upgrades beach facilities with new public toilets on Paseo de Colón

As part of its ongoing commitment to quality tourism, Benidorm has introduced a new public toilet module on Paseo de Colón, replacing the previous structure with a modern, fully accessible facility. The new installation is designed for men and women and is also adapted for people with reduced mobility. Additionally, it is accessible for visually impaired users thanks to tactile paving that guides directly to the entrance.

Alongside this new addition, all beachside public toilet facilities across the city have undergone maintenance and upgrades in preparation for Easter and the upcoming high season. Improvements include repainting, repairing worn or damaged areas, replacing dispensers, and carrying out thorough technical checks to ensure everything is in optimal condition.

These upgrades have been carried out in key beach areas such as Poniente (Avenida de Xixo) and Levante (Murcia and Ametlla de Mar areas), helping to maintain high standards across Benidorm’s most visited الساحل spots.

Regular maintenance continues throughout the year, ensuring that any issues are addressed quickly and efficiently, contributing to a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all.

Why it matters for visitors:

  • Modern, accessible facilities near the beach
  • Improved comfort during peak tourist seasons
  • Strategic locations across main beach areas
  • Enhanced overall visitor experience
