Benidorm Senior

Forever young...

Book your holiday in Benidorm

The powerful attraction of the sea and more than 300 days of sunshine a year have made Benidorm, decade alter decade, the preferred destination for elderly visitors who the desire to continue enjoying life. They have plenty of time and usually stay for a long time, appreciating first-class food and good service.

Relaxation, quality of life, cultural activities, sport or nature are the letter of presentation of a town that has been a leader in senior tourism since the 1980s.

Benidorm has nearly 6 kilometres of urban beaches and coves that represent paradise for sun and sea lovers who enjoy relaxing on the coast all year round.

Promenades count with catering facilities that are enjoyed by seniors, together with public services such as accessible beaches, beach libraries and a pedestrian town centre full of shops.

There are other pleasures in Benidorm, from health tourism to golf, gambling, shows and entertainment, street markets or trekking. And apart from that, Benidorm has the most popular Natural Park in the Valencia Region, Serra Gelada.

.Levante promenade, between Alcoy and Madrid avenues, is home to the best dancing venues, apart from the hotel venues for senior citizens. Cafeterias for spending afternoons and evenings while listening to music played live by orchestras and singers.

Our foreign visitors also find fun on the streets of Gerona, Ibiza, Mallorca and Londres, where pubs, restaurants, bars and supermarkets satisfy the demands of all the British, Belgium, Dutch or German visitors to Benidorm.

The Elche and l’Aigüera parks are two central venues with plenty of green areas, benches, bio-healthy areas and open air stages (Óscar Esplá y Julio Iglesias Auditoriums of l’Aigüera), where there are cultural and musical activities all year round.

Taking the local fiestas into account, the most important ones are held in November, which are theFestivities in honour of the local patrons Virgin of the Suffrage and St. James. But in the rest of the year there are more than 50 religious and pagan events. These festivities are open to the public, as Benidorm is a hospitable town.

It’s time for you!
