Benidorm Celebrates the IV Tuna Days, Highlighting Local Cuisine and Culture

The city of Benidorm is pleased to announce the celebration of the IV Jornadas del Atún (4th Benidorm Tuna Festival), an event that has established itself as an exceptional showcase of gastronomy and culinary innovation in our region.

From the 12th to the 21st of April, residents and visitors will have the unique opportunity to taste exceptional preparations with tuna as the protagonist in a selection of Benidorm restaurants.

These days highlight not only the culinary excellence of the town, but also its rich fishing heritage. For over a century, tuna fishing has been a vital part of the local economy and culture, and this event celebrates this history by offering residents and tourists the opportunity to explore the versatility of this noble fish in modern cuisine.

This year, more than 13 local restaurants will participate in the Jornadas, each offering special dishes ranging from bluefin tuna in tartar, to innovative creations where this fish is the star ingredient.
