Benidorm’s beaches are fully adapted to ensure accessibility for all users, featuring accessible access points and bathing areas, Braille signage, and adapted public restrooms. Additionally, the seafront promenades are at the same level as the sidewalks, with transparent glass railings to improve visual accessibility.
An accessible beach point is a designated area equipped with appropriate urban infrastructure, such as accessible public transport, reserved parking for people with reduced mobility, ramps, adapted changing rooms, shaded areas, and trained staff, ensuring that people with disabilities can access both the sandy beach areas and the sea.
To provide the best possible service, we encourage groups or organisations planning to use the facilities to notify us in advance. This helps prevent overcrowding at any of the three accessible beach points and allows for additional support staff if needed.
