With a new sell-out of passes, the 14th Edition of the Low Festival promises to be a unique and unforgettable experience with performances from artists such as Pixies, Suede, Maxïmo Park, Kavinsky, Amaral, Mikel Izal, La Plazuela, Alcalá Norte, Ginebras, and Arde Bogotá, among others. There will be more than 60 concerts spread across 4 stages, with a daily attendance of 23,000 people.
The Low Festival marks the beginning of the holidays for thousands of people. With 98% hotel occupancy, the festival reaffirms its role as an important tourist driver for the region, demonstrating that music and the exclusive experience of attending an event of this nature have a positive impact on cities like Benidorm, which boasts a unique hotel capacity in the Mediterranean.
With an annual increase in production investment, the festival organisers have expanded their gastronomic offerings with a food truck area featuring 19 different options, including local and zero-mile products. Additionally, there will be a rest area, a market with local brands, and several water fountains for cooling off.
This year, as a standout novelty, the festival has eliminated 100% of chemical toilets thanks to an agreement with JohnPrivy, the world leader in sustainable sanitation, which offers an innovative vacuum sanitation system. This way, the festival strengthens its commitment to sustainability while promoting local commerce to boost the area's economy and employment. #Low2024 promotes quality tourism and is committed, along with Music For All, to continue progressing towards an event accessible to all, with specific visible signage and QR codes, reserved parking spaces, rest areas and accessible toilets, vibrating backpacks on demand, and a raised PMR platform for the two main stages, among other measures.
The lineup of this year's Low Festival is a mix of international attractions such as Pixies, Suede, Crystal Fighters, Maxïmo Park, Joe Goddard, The Pale White, Will Butler & Sister Squares, and Kavinsky, sharing the Vibra Mahou and MINI Benigar stages with established bands like Amaral, Sidonie, Arde Bogotá, El Columpio Asesino, Ginebras, La La Love You, Los Planetas -celebrating the 30th anniversary of "Super 8"-, La Casa Azul, Ojete Calor, Delaporte, La Plazuela, and Niños Mutantes - on their farewell tour.
However, the organisers have reserved space in their programme for many emerging bands that are gradually making their way into the public's preferences. Thus, we will see performances on the Radio 3 stage from Alcalá Norte, Parquesvr, VVV [Trippin You], Sandré, Niños Luchando, El Buen Hijo, Querido, Maren, Shego, Sienna, and Viscopaf. An alternative lineup combined with the electronic offerings of the I Love Benidorm stage will delight all those seeking something different during the three days of the festival.
