The Avenida Apartments are located in the centre of Benidorm surrounded by boutiques, restaurants, small cafes and just 75 meters from Levante Beach.

Avenida Apartments features 70 apartments of which 53 are one bedroom for maximum 4 people and 17 two bedrooms with up to 6 people.

All apartments have a full equipped kitchen with 2 cooking rings, microwave, toaster and coffee maker, bathroom with bath or shower, sofa bed for 2 people in the living room, Satellite TV, Air- conditioning and heating also in the living room. All apartments have balcony.

We provide maid service twice a week with change of towels and the sheets are changed weekly.
The reception of the apartments is open 24 hours and offers currency exchange, car rental, tickets to theme parks, shows and excursions. Snack machine located in reception and self-service laundry with tokens.

All the guests at the apartments Avenida can use all the facilities at the Hotel Avenida **** situated just in front. These services include: restaurant, bar, pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna(payable locally) , fitness and animation.
