The Spanish Open 2021 G1 will be held in Benidorm this Sunday, gathering taekwondoins from 34 different countries

The Spanish Open 2021 G1 international will be held on Sunday, the 18th of April, in the sports centre Palau d’Esports l’Illa de Benidorm , and will gather the best taekwondoins from 34 different countries. This competition is held previous to the Olympics and the pre-Olympics that will take place next month in Sofia (Bulgaria).

On Friday, the Spanish Cup 2021 of Olympic Taekwondo for the ages of 14 to 18 will take place, with 149 athletes and 50 coaches.

On Saturday, there'll be 237 taekwondoins and 80 coaches, representatives of the territorial federations and clubs from all over the country.

Unfortunately, because of the pandemic, there will be no audience allowed. But there will be a live broadcast available on the Royal Spanish Taekwondo Federation website, from which you'll be able to follow the event.
