Benidorm plants close to 200 trees in the Els Tolls neighbourhood
The planting has taken place in the Els Tolls neighbourhood as part of the ongoing re-naturalisation of the area
The Els Tolls neighbourhood now has around two hundred more trees following the planting carried out by the Benidorm City Council. This action also included the replanting of trees where necessary, either due to the death of the original trees or as a result of vandalism.
The 'A pie de calle' campaign visited the area today, specifically the intersection of Italia and Virgen del Rocío streets, where several trees were planted to transform the concrete walkway that connects the neighbourhood with Colonia Madrid into a boulevard.
