‘Menjars de la Terra’ at the Ermita de Sanç

The Comissió de Festes de Sant Antoni 2025 has prepared a special day for this Saturday, 31st August, with the celebration of ‘Menjars de la Terra’, a gastronomic event aimed at offering the public a unique opportunity to enjoy Benidorm’s most traditional cuisine. The event will commence at 12:30 pm in the picturesque setting of the Ermita de Sanç, where various typical local dishes will be available for tasting.

The proceeds from this day will go towards organising the festivities in honour of Sant Antoni del Poquet, which take place in January at the same hermitage. To this end, the Comissió de Sant Antoni has made available tickets priced at 10 euros, which allow the holder to sample three tapas prepared by locals from La Huerta, members of the commission, and collaborating businesses, along with two drinks. Tickets can be purchased in advance from any commission member or on the day of the event.

In addition to the gastronomic tastings, the event will include musical entertainment to maintain a festive atmosphere throughout the day. The organisers have expressed their gratitude for the efforts of everyone involved, highlighting the commitment of the Comissió de Sant Antoni to ensure that the upcoming festivities are unforgettable.
